As an employer, you have the responsibility to maintain a workplace free of sexual harassment and hostile workplace events. This highly interactive training, involves small group discussions and the use of various learning tools including a video presentation with an assessment. The training will also include practical information on the laws against sexual harassment, remedies for victims, harassment prevention and correction, discussion, role playing, a question and answer session and other effective learning techniques.
