Sharon Sanderbeck, PHR

Sharon is a Human Resources professional who incorporates 30 years of Human Resources experience into her presentations, coaching and consulting. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from St. Leo University and is a certified Professional of Human Resources from the Society for Human Resource Management.

Her work experience and education involve all aspects of Human Resources and she strongly believes that Human Resources practices add value by attracting and retaining employees with the proper skills and experience.

Small business with 40 employees or less, Libraries, Health Care and Manufacturing employers are some of the organizations that have benefited from her people-oriented approach to Human Resources, training and development.
