We offer the following coaching services:

• Coaching: On the Spot - Business situations change fast and you need a trusted coach to help. On the Spot coaching gives you the coaching that you need, when you need it the most. No setting future appointments, this is coaching ASAP and one of our most unique services.



• Coaching: The Day Before - Our most popular coaching service. Our coaches work with you on an event or situation that you will be handling the next day. This could include having your coach review your materials for a presentation or meeting, role-play a difficult employee situation with you, or having our HR coach review a proposed organizational policy or procedural change for loopholes and clarity. This coaching also includes a follow-up session called "The Day After" where your coach follows up with you to review what happened and why.



• New Manager/Supervisor Business Coaching – For the newly promoted or hired member of management to help them through the early challenges of training, managing and leading others. We work with the new manager and his or her boss to make sure that he/she is getting the support, guidance and assurance needed to manage their work and employees effectively.



• Shadow Coaching - Any of the Individual Coaching sessions can be coupled with on-site visits to observe your behaviors and personal interactions in your normal work environment in order to provide additional insight and guidance.
